Serene Horizons

recently purchased two canvas art decor items from Ouhout – Serene Horizons and Scenic Serenity. The artwork itself is absolutely beautiful and I truly love the images; they add a calm and elegant touch to my space.

Delivery was smooth and on time, and the packaging ensured the items arrived in good condition.

However, I was disappointed to discover that the canvases were not framed, despite the product description and pictures suggesting otherwise. I specifically ordered these thinking they would be framed canvases, as described, so it was a letdown to receive unframed prints instead.

While I do appreciate the quality of the prints, the inaccurate description affected my overall experience. I hope Ouhout can improve their product listings to better reflect what customers are actually receiving.
