3. Can I shop online?
Yes! You can shop safely and securely through our official online store — ouhout.co.za.
We deliver nationwide and offer various payment methods, including PayFast, PayJustNow, and Mobicred, for your convenience.
4. How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines depend on product availability and location:
- In-stock items: 7–14 working days
- Made-to-order items: 4–8 weeks
You’ll receive tracking updates once your order has been dispatched. Our team will stay in touch throughout the process.
5. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We sincerely apologize if something arrives damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ouhout.co.za, including photos of the issue and your order details.
We’ll arrange for an exchange, repair, or replacement as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
6. Can I customize my furniture?
Certain Ouhout items can be customized in terms of size, finish, or leather/fabric choice, depending on the range.

7. What materials do you use?
Ouhout furniture is crafted from solid hardwoods such as Oak, Cottonwood, and Acacia, paired with full-grain leathers and high-quality fabrics.
We believe in sustainability, sourcing our materials responsibly while ensuring every piece embodies authentic craftsmanship and enduring quality.
8. Do you offer warranties?
Yes. All Ouhout products come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty against structural defects under normal household use.
Our commitment is to ensure that your Ouhout purchase provides you with many years of enjoyment and reliability.
9. Can I return an item?
Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective. Please email info@ouhout.co.za for return authorization and instructions.
10. Do you deliver outside South Africa?
We currently deliver across South Africa, Namibia, and Mauritius, with plans to expand to other regions soon.
If you’re based elsewhere, please contact us to discuss international shipping options.
