Ouhout Shipping Policy

At Ouhout, we aim to provide reliable and flexible shipping options for your convenience. Please review the details below:

Shipping Timeframes

  • In-Stock Products: Shipping for in-stock products typically takes 5–10 business days.
  • Products Requiring Lead Time: For products requiring additional manufacturing or preparation, shipping may take 6–8 weeks (30 to 40 business days).
  • Mixed Orders: If your order includes both in-stock products and products requiring lead time, the 6–8 week timeframe will apply to the entire order by default.
  • Delays: If there are any delays, an Ouhout representative will contact you with updates.
  • Disclaimer: Ouhout is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, transport disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

Pickup Option

  • Customers can choose to Pick Up their orders at one of our designated pickup points listed below.
  • Delivery from the Ouhout warehouse to the selected store is free of charge.
  • If further delivery is required from the selected store to your desired location (e.g., home or business), it will be the buyer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for this service.
    • Buyers are required to book their preferred courier or delivery method directly, and all associated costs will be for the buyer’s own account.

Door-to-Door Delivery Option

If you prefer direct delivery to your door, Ouhout offers a Door-to-Door Delivery Service. This service is available at the following rates:

  • For orders below R 5000: A flat rate of R 500 will apply.
  • For orders above R 5000: The delivery fee will be 10% of the total checkout amount.

The Door-to-Door Delivery cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout if this option is selected.


How to Select Your Preferred Option

  1. At checkout, you can choose between the following:
    • Pick Up: Select your preferred pickup location from the list above. If additional delivery from the pickup store is required, you must arrange and book a courier service at your own cost and convenience.


    • Door-to-Door Delivery: Select this option to have Ouhout arrange delivery directly to your desired address. The cost will be displayed at checkout based on your total order value.
  1. For Pickup Deliveries, Ouhout will not coordinate couriers or delivery services beyond the selected store. Buyers must handle this directly.
