Radiant Plume Floor Lamp | Bronze

I ordered two 'bronze' radiant plume lamps, but received the wrong lamp on both orders. It is not bronze, but a cheap, brittle plastic resin. The lamp is not heavy or stable enough to stay upright (Ouhout's shop assistant acknowledged the problem and suggested I 'stick it to the floor'). It is so poorly made, that it broke in half while still in its packaging. The box it came in had 'Made in China' emblazoned all over it. I returned it to the store, but no refund offered. Appalling experience.
